September: the month every girl starts flicking through her winter wardrobe, noting what she has, what she needs, and what she can’t wait to wear. For me September means one thing- Summer is over and it’s nearly time for gorgeous coats and thigh high boots!
This season the Puffer coat has made a massive comeback; pick your shape, style or colour, they have all featured on the catwalk for Autumn/Winter 2016. It is almost too good to be true- such an easy and functional piece is the fashionable coat of the season. When the temperature drops and the elements battle we will be ready with our cosy, quilted puffer jackets!

Traditionally associated with American collage football teams and the Pink ladies, the bomber has been the jacket on trend for two seasons. They have dominated the catwalk, pages of vogue and certainly the high street! The bomber jacket can be styled in so many different ways – I promise you it is a solid investment!
The June edition of vogue introduced us to Gucci’s new creative director, Alessandro Michele- fellow fashion adorers will know he has transformed the fashion house, making it exciting and eccentric and designing the bomber jacket that everyone wants to be seen wearing!

There are few wardrobe stables that are as important as a classic white button-down shirt. It is worn to work, a night out; in the winter or the summer; tucked in or out- there are no limits to this simple piece.
During the summer I have discovered a way to reinvent my white shirt: layering! With the summer weather being so unpredictable, layers are essential but it can get tedious lugging a jacket around. Therefore, why not use a simple cotton or silk white shirt as a layering tool?
